The app reads the merchant's products through the Shopify Admin API (title, product type, vendor, tags, variant titles, options and prices) and the handles of the existing collections. It creates and updates collections in the merchant's shop. It stores a copy of this catalog data, the pages prepared by the merchant, the merchant's settings and, if the merchant chooses to use AI writing, the merchant's AI provider API key (encrypted). The app does not read nor store any data about the shop's customers.
Only when the merchant asks for it, the filters of a page, a few product titles and the price range are sent to the AI provider chosen by the merchant (OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral), with the merchant's own API key, to obtain text proposals. No personal data is sent.
Data is hosted in France (European Union). When the merchant uninstalls the app, all the shop's data held by the app is erased 48 hours later, as Shopify requires. The collections created in the shop belong to the merchant and stay in the shop.
